Privacy information.

When you get in touch

The contact form collects your name, email address, message and, if you choose to provide it, your school or organisation. I use these details to reply to your enquiry and discuss any work you ask about.

Messages are delivered through Resend to my Google Workspace email account. The website does not keep a separate database of enquiries. Correspondence remains in my email account; if you would like a message removed, please contact me.

Resend and Google process messages as service providers. Their storage and retention practices are described in the Resend data processing information and the Google Workspace data processing information.

Hosting and spam prevention

Railway hosts the website and may record technical request information, such as IP addresses and request times, to operate and secure the service. See Railway’s privacy information.

The contact form also uses a temporary counter linked to your IP address to limit spam. This counter is held in server memory and used for a ten-minute submission limit. It is not a visitor profile.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently load Google Analytics or advertising scripts, or set analytics or advertising cookies. You can browse the site and use the contact form without creating an account.

Links to projects such as Lifelines take you to separate websites. Their own privacy information applies when you visit or use them.
